My role is L1 Support engg my basic task include handle the customer queries line zimbra mail is not working, increase quota of mail id ,creation mail id and open ticket for every task and close the ticket when task is complete. And also monitors server in Nagios and Observium . And additionally I create vm in Linux and windows server and handle the basics task like password reset for user, RDP enable , grace period licence renew in window server.
