Let's get personal (Why wait): I am in a field where I put all of my heart into training and developing others. Whether it is in a work or personal setting. I am extremely passionate about learning and development. The biggest thrills I get from being in this environment are: 👉Finding the gaps, whether it be within learning or delivering and even within the role and operations. Closing the gaps and streamlining is my jam! 👉Seeing something connect for someone for the first time, many times all a trainer needs to do is rephrase something for it to stick with someone and figuring that out is an amazing feeling. 👉Taking the biased feelings out of Learning and Development, Firm, Fair, and Consistent is something I learned a long time ago (2010 to be exact) and I have always carried it with me. I feel something that makes me a great candidate in the L&D area is the fact that when I was younger, I struggled so much in school, and this is why I pushed so much with self-educating when I became older. I love learning, but in my own way. And I can take that mindset and spin it to work well for all adult learners. Networking is my other new passion, the more I put myself out of my comfort zone the more I feel like I am personally developing and growing. I encourage everyone to push their own limits.
