Not only did this offer invaluable insight into the complexities and limitations of the ATS marketplace, but also into the growing field and possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and the still-desperate need to reinvent hiring so that it works better for candidates.

• I supported the leadership team of a small, community-based NGO in rural Guatemala that partners with local Mayan populations. My work focused on research, project support, and operational improvements—helping the organization strengthen its communications, outreach, and administrative functions. I developed and refined operating plans, introduced standard operating procedures, and helped implement more efficient organizational structures. These changes played a key role in increasing the efficiency and overall output of Rising Minds, while establishing a more responsive, best-practice-based administrative environment.
