Automation liquid handling system- complete Automation of Elisa ,cell culture, Extraction,Or any of the Application optimization related to Automation in research and Diagnostic, programming,hardware Communication with other third party instruments. 5. Evaporator System-- mainly used in pharmaceutical these Evaporation system used to evaporate the liquid in various forms related to application based on the type of sample need programing . basically I am Handling these instruments. Role and responsibilities ---- 1. Installation of the Above mentioned instrument. 2. Demonstration of the Instrument and its functions based on the user application. 3. Prepare the IQ/OQ documents for the instruments. 4. Define the programing of the instrument. 5. Optimization of the user Assay defined. 6. Amc/CMC visit and manage the documents. 7. Handling the service related issue. 8. Optimize and resolve the hardware and software issue with the instrument. 9. Cordinate with the Team on the calls solved and pending,and report to the senior, managing the visits and plan accordingly. 10. Managing and recovery of the payment of the Amc/ CMC/ Spares/ OTS/sales/ emd/BG etc. 11. Managing and arranging the tools for the each Equipment. 12. Managing the yearly calibration of the instrument for the audit . 13. Preparation of the service report on daily , weekly ,monthly and yearly basis. 14. Managing and building up customer relationship and ask timely for the visit and and any issue facing.
