About

Shilpa has close to two decades of experience, with more than 15 years in the Executive Search Industry with exposure across multiple industry sectors. She started her career in executive search on the consulting side working with companies such as Gilbert Tweed and Stanton Chase and subsequently moved to the client side with IBM, before joining questW in 2021. This unique mix of experience positions her well to have a holistic perspective and a broad understanding of the Executive Search and Talent function. In her most recent stint with IBM, she led the Executive Search Practice for Asia Pacific, China and Japan across their business units and played an active role in setting up and building their in-house search capabilities in the region. Her move back to consulting with questW was motivated by the opportunity to combine her executive search expertise and passion for gender equality. She is an active proponent of a diverse and inclusive workplace and hopes to make an impact by helping her clients bring onboard high potential women as part of their leadership teams.
