There are lot of things that describe me as a person, but when it comes down to the skills which define me as a professional, I realize most of it are quite dynamic in nature & may become obsolete in near future. So I decided to list out top 6 skills which remains impermeable to the constant bashing of change, and which I believe is not on my formal resume. They are: 1. I know how to articulate myself & that has allowed me to keep my communications open with the people with whom, I no longer even work! Everyone appreciates honesty in work communications. 2. I can organize, manage & lead teams effectively. I have been doing it right from the school days when I was a house captain to managing a team of an average size 5-6 people at my current employer 3. I naturally go the extra mile. I don't require that push from the cliff to make me realize that I can fly. 4. My passion drives my performance. Which is true for most people who believe in goal oriented work. 5. I'm a pro at wearing many hats. No single part of a business can ever succeed, if it were to think locally. Having the overall understanding allows me to do my job better & if required make my transfer to any other field seamless. and lastly all this leads to THE most important skill that I believe I have, 6. I can be counted on.
