I am a Global Delivery Principal at Thoughtworks, a professional passionate about management, agile, digital products, challenges, solutions and transformation. Above all, I am passionate about how we delight our customers while developing and growing our people, building critical thinking. During the last few years, my focus with our teams has been on making them discover how we can really impact our customers' business. It is not just about providing technical solutions, more than that, providing solutions to business problems, using technology to achieve it. My greatest strength is acting as a Delivery Principal, managing large accounts. During the last years I was working on a large Thoughtworks retail client as Account Manager, accountable by delivery, people management and stakeholders management in different levels (Managers, Directors, Senior Directors and VPs), achieving impressive results with 300% account growth in just 2 years, generating around U$ 25 million in revenue. Now, I'm managing a large MRO Thoughtworks account, presence in 7 different domains, 20 team projects and 4 different countries. Along my journey, I had different kinds of experience, working with distributed teams in different domains. My great passion is working with people and developing high performing teams. Building solid relationships with our clients, our teammates, our leadership team, we can achieve solid results. I'm part of Global CLT Advisory Forum. This global group has been working to define best practices and playbooks for account strategy creation to improve capabilities of our leadership account teams. Additionally, I worked closed George Earle to propose a Business Value Capture playbook, running many sessions with strategic CLTs to promote mindset changes and foster more focus business discussions with our clients.
