About

I'm a seasoned developer marketing leader with deep empathy built from my time as a developer advocate. In 2021, I coauthored the State of the Octoverse report alongside Dr. Nicole Forsgren and Dr. Eirini Nathan where we aimed to improve developer performance and well-being sustainably. During 2021-2022, I led cross-functional go-to-market for GitHub Copilot's technical preview and general availability launches. GitHub Copilot is now the most widely adopted AI developer tool in the world with more than 20,000 organizations and tried by more than 1.5M developers. In 2023, I invested in expanding my skillset into top-of-funnel marketing, such as audience segmentation, personalization, and product-led sales.

Some work includes coordination with Honeycomb engineering to address SEO, analytics, or other cross-platform requirements. My collaboration and coordination with Marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) focused on optimizing our data pipeline and tools to measure the impact of campaigns and improve scalability.

  • ● Improved MQL to Sales Accepted Lead conversion, resulting in a 3.5-4% conversion rate by improving average lead quality.
  • ● Informed new MQL and MQA criteria, supporting Honeycomb's best SQL month to date.
