I love taking messy processes and turning them into something clear, logical, and repeatable. Before this, I managed growth strategy for 12+ brands in real estate, fashion, F&B, and tech - and I even built my own DTC brand from scratch. Growing it to $10K in 90 days taught me more about customer psychology, operations, and resilience than any classroom ever could. I’m at my best when I’m solving problems, simplifying systems, and helping teams understand what’s actually driving performance. I love the blend of data, creativity, and strategy that growth work demands.
