I love taking messy processes and turning them into something clear, logical, and repeatable. Before this, I managed growth strategy for 12+ brands in real estate, fashion, F&B, and tech - and I even built my own DTC brand from scratch. Growing it to $10K in 90 days taught me more about customer psychology, operations, and resilience than any classroom ever could.
