About

I am the Global Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at KPMG, and ESG Vice Chairman for KPMG in the UK, helping our clients to accelerate their ESG journeys to become purpose-led, sustainable organisations. I’ve been at KPMG for over 20 years and have previously been a member of the UK Board. I’m a strong advocate for inclusion, diversity, and equity, and as a key sponsor for our firm’s relationship with the Prince’s Trust, I support a number of initiatives including national programmes focused on tackling regional equality in the UK. I am also a senior KPMG representative at the Disability Confident Business Leaders Group (BLG), the Vice Chair of the International Business and Diplomatic Exchanges' Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Group and a sponsoring partner for key areas of diversity and inclusion within our firm, including Persons with Disabilities and KPMG’s African and Caribbean Network. I’m passionate about diversity and inclusion in sport. Prior to KPMG, I was an international white-water canoe slalom athlete and I’ve coached a number of current and former Olympians. I now Chair British Canoeing’s Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG).
