About

As a member of the Amazon Launchpad Team, I work with start ups and emerging D2C brands to help scale them up on Amazon.in. Combining Category Management and Program Management in my every day work, I design and scale up programs across different promotion levers like Influencer Marketing, Apay cashbacks, etc. meant to help D2C brands grow their ecommerce business. I lead a team of 15 account managers. During my stint in Amazon, I have worked on multiple projects requiring skills across category management across multiple categories, program management, stakeholder management, project and workflow management, business data analysis, process improvement and optimization as well as automation. I’m responsible for delivering on topline of my business vertical leveraging and optimizing different input levers. I also represent the business team with various stakeholders including legal, marketing, PR, public policy, etc. I have demonstrated my ability in branding and marketing strategy by creating a repositioning strategy for Hi Tech vertical in HCL (my team won the best project award nationally), a market entry strategy for a Chennai based food start up looking to expand to Bangalore, a GTM strategy for an offering at Wipro and a sales strategy for revenue growth for Infobeans. In the past I have worked as a consultant in US Healthcare industry in the provider domain delivering strategic insights to multiple clients. The experience has helped me gain expertise in generating actionable insights through data analysis of large data sets, project management, automation, optimizing workflow and data visualization. An articulate and creative person with an analytical mind, I have shown that I can learn fast and work smart in an ever-changing environment. I’ve displayed customer focus in my work and I never shy away from taking initiative. I’m passionate about problem solving through new ideas and data driven decision making.
