As a member of the Amazon Launchpad Team, I work with start ups and emerging D2C brands to help scale them up on Amazon.in. Combining Category Management and Program Management in my every day work, I design and scale up programs across different promotion levers like Influencer Marketing, Apay cashbacks, etc. meant to help D2C brands grow their ecommerce business. I lead a team of 15 account managers. In the past I have worked as a consultant in US Healthcare industry in the provider domain delivering strategic insights to multiple clients. The experience has helped me gain expertise in generating actionable insights through data analysis of large data sets, project management, automation, optimizing workflow and data visualization. An articulate and creative person with an analytical mind, I have shown that I can learn fast and work smart in an ever-changing environment.
