With over three decades of expertise on the Transportation and Logistics industry, my career at FedEx has evolved from managing marketing operations in Brazil, to COO and strategic leader, with P&L responsibilities for the country. This journey has allowed me to develop competencies from different areas and a deep knowledge of both international and domestic markets in Latin America. I am an executive who is motivated by the constant challenge of delivering results, combined with the continuous improvement of customer experience, and the building of an excellent brand reputation. At FedEx, I had the opportunity to lead different areas of Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations and Trade Services. My academic background and involvement with educational institutions (FIU) reflect my interest in the areas of Marketing and international business. As President of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (BACCF) and of philanthropy committees (St. Jude), I was also very active at C-Level ,activities outside FedEx.
