In my current role, I lead Sales & Marketing for the Asia region at Capillary I lead a diverse & dynamic team of over 30 professionals who are located in offices across South East Asia, India and the Middle East. I have played a pivotal role in Capillary’s 10X growth over the years! My professional experience of 17+ years includes customer-centric roles at industry behemoths like Agilent Technologies and National Instruments, as well as dynamic startups such as Mettl. My academic foundation is rooted in an MBA from the Indian School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering. I pride myself on having built multiple functions grounds-up - Presales, Solution Engineering & Sales Enablement. This entailed meticulous hiring, curating processes, designing rituals, and creating foundational assets – all essential for bolstering enterprise sales. Additionally, I played an instrumental role in Capillary's GTM pivot to focusing on large enterprise clients that included a rebranding & positioning exercise and involved multiple other strategic projects.
