Hey There, Here are some things about me that make me sound like a Technical Recruiter from a Developer background .... - I rarely check InMail’s. I know, right? Regular outlook email is so much easier, so please feel free contact me directly (praveen.singh2@publicissapient.com) instead. - If you do email me, I have an (admittedly irrational) pet peeve: messages that begin "Hi Praveen, my name is...." really bug me. Like, your name is already displayed as the sender, and you'll probably sign off with it too; I'll be able to figure it out. After finishing college, I knew I wanted a career that will allow me to interact with different people every day. In my very first Job, I learned about recruiting and fell in love with it instantly. To clarify, I didn't fall in love with the fact that I had to go through hundreds and hundreds of resumes everyday trying to find that perfect candidate. What I did find most rewarding and interesting are the relationships I built with the clients and with the candidates I was servicing. It felt like I was making a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better career to pursue! Now with more than 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, I continue to be excited to come into work. Recruiting has allowed me to leverage my passion for building and nurturing relationships while remaining challenged to find that perfect candidate in today's competitive talent market. I thrive on working with my leaders to support them in shaping and building their teams with the most talented, diverse, dedicated, and exceptional technical people in the market.
