About

saHil nayaR 1. The Mumbai-Delhi Connection: Born as the perfect amalgamation of Delhi’s dilliwala drama and Mumbai’s maximum city madness, I am quite literally the love child. With a mom who mastered the art of Delhi’s emotional storytelling and a dad who swears by Mumbai’s no-nonsense efficiency, my life has always been a blend of big hearts and bigger dreams. If you think managing two cities sounds tough, try managing their personalities in your DNA, it’s a full-time job. 2. A Six-Year-Old’s Guide to Living Life : Speaking of jobs, my first unofficial one was convincing my six-year-old self that I’d grow up to be awesome. Childhood memories shaped my core, from falling off bikes to learning the art of getting back on them. I once asked myself, “What would 6-year-old Sahil think of a 36-year-old Sahil?”and I made a TEDx Talk out of it. Watch the talk to see how I went from negotiating bedtime with my parents to negotiating workplace strategies with CEOs. 3. The HR College Chronicles: The Best Days of My Life : HR College in Mumbai gave me everything. It was here that I realized life isn’t about having all the answers but knowing where to find them. My semi-tryst with Google India gave me the search-engine optimism to keep looking for opportunities. Life had better plans, like spending 13+ years at KPMG playing roles I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest HR dreams. 4. KPMG and Beyond: My (HR) Love Story From “Hire to Retire” to transforming Talent Acquisition, my career has been nothing short of a corporate rom-com. I’ve dabbled across, Early Careers Recruiting, Employer Branding, EVP strategies, HR Business Partnering & more. My current role as a Consultant in Human Consulting team feels like dating the perfect job after years of speed networking. Along the way, I’ve learned - HR is both an art & a science, and nobody in the world reads policy manuals until something goes wrong. 5. Life, LinkedIn, and the Mountains When I’m not dissecting talent strategies, you’ll find me chasing sunsets on mountain trails or navigating the hairpin bends on my bike. Life, much like a mountain road, is best enjoyed when you embrace its twists and turns. LinkedIn, however has been my autobahn to connect with the brightest minds and kindest souls across the globe. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that every story whether written, spoken, or lived, has the power to inspire. Let’s connect, collaborate, and create a few more together. Now, scroll back up if you didn’t laugh at least once. If you did, hit that Follow button. We’ve got some memories to make!
