Not a tagline — it's a 20-year operating record across India's most competitive digital-commerce and travel-technology ecosystems. As VP at Paytm Travel, I'm leading a full P&L transformation — launching the Paytm Checkin travel app, expanding global flight inventory, and renegotiating payment infrastructure costs to unlock meaningful margin improvements on the same underlying GMV. Before that, as COO at EaseMyTrip (NSE/BSE listed), I oversaw a year that set the company's all-time records — numbers in the public domain via exchange filings. More importantly, I built what didn't exist: a MICE vertical that reached ₹210 Cr GMV in Year 1, international businesses in UAE and the UK, and a franchisee model built to scale beyond the tenure. At ixigo, I was part of something more foundational — transforming a meta-search platform into a full transactional OTA. The trains vertical I helped build from zero became India's largest by volume, a milestone that defined what ixigo became and carried it to a successful NSE/BSE listing. At Goibibo, I created strategic partnerships as a commercial discipline — 22 bank mobile-app integrations that became one of the most productive distribution engines in Indian OTA history, a Citibank co-brand that set an industry template, and a first-of-kind IRCTC trains integration that opened a new transactional vertical. And somewhere in between, I founded Misohe — a mental-health technology platform I scaled to 100,000+ organic users and exited to a US acquirer within 24 months.
