About

Over 17 years of Tech experience with 10 of them being with Meta in various people focussed roles. I currently work at Meta as the HR country lead for one of our fastest growing markets, India, supporting the India Ads and Parternship business. Previously, I've been the HRBP for Reality Labs - supporting the Metaverse and AI teams across EMEA based in London and have a good mix of experienes supporting a mix of Tech and Sales teams across APAC. I've also been a people manager supporting the People ops team and was responsible for delivering great experience to our employees and helping scale people programs and processes. Prior to FB, I've worked as an HRBP at both Flipkart, India's largest e-commerce player and Google supporting employees in a highly dynamic business. I have a Masters in Human Resource Management & Business with an additional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I currently work in a space where things change and evolve everyday. Being able to adapt to a changing environment and think innovatively is what I do what.
