Pickpad turns any pickup area into a smart station in under an hour, with no process or layout changes and zero capital investment. Using sensors, ML and human-centric design, it improves speed, accuracy, labor efficiency and delivery performance while creating a seamless and personalized experience. Over the past 15+ years I've built across different layers of hospitality tech and hyperlocal commerce: a food delivery marketplace with millions of completed orders, a ghost kitchen chain, and a digital commerce SaaS platform for restaurants. Seeing this heavily physical industry from multiple perspectives led me to a simple realization: not all challenges here can be solved with software alone. What's missing is a new interface between the digital and physical worlds. That’s exactly what we're building at Pickpad. And it's not just a concept. We've already deployed our first stations in first stores and seen strong early results. Now we're preparing the next wave of pilots with forward-thinking brands exploring what the future of digital-native hospitality and operations looks like.
