I am a seasoned IT sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of cross-geography industry experience, currently leading the India partner ecosystem for Confluent, a leading platform for data in motion. My core competencies include complex solution sales, partner management, managed services, P&L management, and customer relationship management. I have a proven track record of building viable partner/channel models, conceiving and executing GTM programs, and managing large customer accounts. I have also successfully managed partners who handle business of over $75M with Sun Microsystems in India and Africa, and increased the end-user business from $11M to $30M. My mission is to drive partner success by proactively engaging with appropriate partner sales management and partner program teams, developing and delivering effective enablement plans, content, and programs, and identifying and addressing gaps in knowledge and processes.
