Front-end all customer technology team discussions such as eCommerce platform integration, needed workflow changes in Anchanto’s FBA platform, data import interfaces, work estimation and communication, addressing the data interoperability needed across existing ERP system used by retailers such as SAP and JD Edward
  • 6. Make sure the core engine of platforms are scalable, can handle transactions load, free of latency issues and well documented. Overall own the whole release schedule, technology risk management, timelines and mitigation planning
  • 7. Hire, train, manage and retain entire Anchanto technology team. Set yearly objectives (KPIs) for individual team members, leads and project managers, reviewing it on quarterly basis, identifying areas of improvements, communicating progress and guiding team to be efficient in developing Anchanto’s technology platform
