I have 12+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Operations, working across consumer healthcare, healthtech, pain management, and renewable energy. My career has been about taking ventures from 0→1 (idea to launch) and helping early-stage companies find product–market fit (PMF), then building the systems and teams that drive early growth. At Everhope Oncology, I have led ground research, business planning, location scouting, and value proposition design. I’ve also set up oncology day-care centres, hired and built teams across sales and operations, and built a strong doctor network for patient acquisition. At Nivaan Care, I launched the offline business vertical and grew it from scratch to INR 1 Cr/month within 15 months. I built lead pipelines (~2,000/month), improved funnel conversions, and created a Doctor Referral Playbook that became the GTM blueprint for expansion. Before that, at HealthKart, I worked on two consumer nutrition brands - JustHer and TrueBasics. My role covered business operations, GM improvement, vendor management, and international expansion (US & Nepal) contributing directly to their early growth and scaling journey. Earlier, I started a renewable energy business (solar and water solutions), where I handled GTM strategy, operations, and business development. It gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and execution. This phase gave me hands-on exposure to building businesses from scratch, managing cross-functional execution, and driving growth in competitive markets.
