  • Joined Wiom's founding product team. We scaled from ~5K to 150K+ households (500k+ users) across India in about 2 years.
  • I worked on the messy stuff: building our lead-to-install matching system, redesigning how installations actually happened (lots of field ops), and figuring out why customers churned. Also spent time on the supply side, making life (and goals) easier for our partners.
  • The most valuable thing I learned: Talking to your users/customers, and obsessing over root problem identification, helps build the maximum leverage (and gut) as a PM. Designing for underserved communities, with constraints like digital literacy and lack-of-trust, taught me to always challenge assumptions and think from first principles.
