Prior to SHL I spent nearly a decade at TeamLease Services, one of India’s largest HR outsourcing firms. There, I gained extensive expertise across temp staffing, payroll outsourcing, regulatory audits, and training & assessments, leading multiple sales and operations teams to success. What drives me is building and scaling high-impact teams, identifying growth opportunities, and creating sustainable business models.
