Later, I pioneered the TVOD business, turning a new format into a functioning revenue stream. - Google Play: Led Scaled Partnerships for 100+ startups and launched the Appscale Academy with MeitY, shaping the ecosystem for 250M+ monthly users and 200+ early-stage founders. - CRED: Architectured the capacity development for a category that didn't exist in stealth mode including the full commercial and legal backbone before the first user ever logged in.
