I work where brand and growth meet. My focus is bridging the gap between how a brand feels and how it scales, building marketing engines from scratch that grow sustainably through sharp positioning, smart distribution, and experience-led execution. At Scaler, I helped unlock Scaler’s entry into business education by launching Scaler School of Business, the company’s first non-tech vertical. As part of the founding GTM team, it was all hands on deck. Performance, events, admissions, counselling, onboarding, ops, community. Whatever it took to make the cohort happen. The effort translated into 110+ students across early cohorts and ₹20Cr+ in topline, with one of the lowest CACs among alt-MBA programs. Today, I lead brand and community for SSB, creating experiences people genuinely enjoy and content that travels beyond campus through social and word of mouth. I strongly believe a brand is built through moments people want to talk about, not just campaigns. A lot of my recent work reflects this, from large on-ground events to community-led formats with a 97 NPS, all designed to convert naturally into visibility, leads, and enrolments. Before this, I joined Scaler as a Community Associate and grew into Growth Marketing Manager. Along the way, I worked on high-impact events like the Ankur Warikoo-led “Do Epic Shit” session 8,000+ registrations, ₹3Cr+ revenue), revamped Scaler’s core marketing IPs to improve conversion metrics (up to 3X lead-to-pay, 44% lower CAC), launched new workshop formats driving ₹1Cr+ in revenue, and led 100+ user research that influenced the launch of a postgraduate program. These experiences gave me a wide lens across strategy, execution, and optimisation. Outside work, I make content around urban transport and metro systems, exploring how everyday movement shapes city life.
