As a global HR Leader and former Executive Board Member of adidas, I have over 20 years of experience shaping people and culture strategies across financial services, sport, education, and arts. Strong board-level influence and a proven track record of shaping diverse, values-driven cultures in highly complex and regulated environments. At adidas, I oversaw Human Resources, People, and Culture for 62,000 employees worldwide as part of the Executive Board, driving organisational transformation and embedding equity, engagement, and well-being into the heart of the business. Before this, I spent over a decade in senior HR leadership at BNP Paribas and JP Morgan, where I partnered with global leadership teams to deliver workforce strategies across Europe and the US, and served on Group-level HR Executive Committees. Highlights of my career include: - Leading large-scale global transformations that significantly improved commercial performance, employee engagement and representation at a global scale - Building and restructuring HR functions to enable growth, resilience, and long-term sustainability - I serve as Non-Executive Director and a strategic advisor working with Boards, CEO's and leadership teams - Championing creative initiatives such as the “Music in the Workplace” and “Employee Choirs,” blending inclusivity and well-being through the arts. Since returning to London in 2024, I have served as Chair of the Black British Initiative, supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs through executive education. I currently serve as an advisor to a social enterprise that supports diverse women in the HR sector. During my time in the US, I became a Board advisor at Musica Sacra, one of New York’s most prestigious choirs. Passionate about people and purpose, aside from writing about thought leadership, people and culture for Racontuer and other publications, I now focus on board advisory, NED, and CHRO opportunities where I can help organisations unlock potential, navigate change, and build inclusive, high-performance cultures.
