About

With a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in global IT and technology-enabled services, I am driven by a singular vision: to architect transformative growth through strategy, disruptive innovation, and inclusive leadership. As President & Managing Director of Dell Technologies India (2013–2025), I led the company’s transformation from a legacy PC-centric firm into a leader in comprehensive tech solutions—spanning next-gen data centers, multi-cloud, and cybersecurity. Under my leadership, Dell Technologies India became the fastest-growing global business unit, powered by reimagined go-to-market models and a robust omnichannel ecosystem that forged deep client partnerships. I am passionate about building empowered, future-ready organizations and championed a resilient ‘One Dell’ culture—fostering high performance, nurturing top talent, and driving operational excellence. This enabled agile execution and sustained value across the digital landscape. Prior to Dell, I held leadership roles at IBM, AMD, EMC, and Wipro, gaining deep expertise in sales transformation, complex M&A, digital infrastructure, and customer success. These experiences shaped enterprise-wide impact and strategic foresight. I also contributed to national policy as Chairman of ASSOCHAM’s Electronics Manufacturing Council and as a NASSCOM Executive Council member, helping shape India’s technology roadmap. Select recognitions include: * Best CEO for Diversity & Inclusion, LNOD Roundtable & WLFA (2024) * Impact Digital Power Business Top 100 Leader (2021, exchange4media) * Distinguished Alumnus Award, NIT Karnataka (2020) * Most Innovative CEO of the Year, Indian Affairs (2019) * Outstanding Contribution to IT Industry (2013) My commitment to sustainable impact extends beyond the boardroom. I mentor startups and national innovation initiatives as a Super Mentor for the Atal Innovation Mission, and advise the USIBC India Advisory Council and MeitY’s “Digital India Electronics Mission.” I’ve consistently championed inclusive workplaces that empower underrepresented talent and drive long-term value. Looking ahead, I am focused on Board and Strategic Advisory roles where I can apply insight, governance rigor, and a growth mindset to help organizations navigate disruption, seize opportunity, and lead confidently in a dynamic, AI-first world.
