  • Responsible to oversee all strategic direction and management of Nolte Group’s Retail and Projects business, with full P&L responsibility in Canada and align with Nolte’s US operations.

  • I handled both established markets and also developed new markets from ground zero. Some of my established markets include U.A.E, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia while Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa & Namibia were developed from ground zero.
  • My revenue contribution towards the topline was 35% in 2016 and 42% in 2015. In 2016, I signed one of the largest project in the region Nolte had worked consisting of 2400 kitchens in Saudi Arabia with our partner which were produced & delivered within 12 weeks.
  • Oversaw annual budgets (internal and external) and managed monthly forecasts and was responsible for finalizing trading terms and policies, product mix, pricing strategy and incentive schemes for all export markets.
  • Was part of the ERP initiation and implementation team in sales-module combining sales reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Involved, participated and coordinated in various international trade shows in Germany, Italy and Egypt.
  • As part of my role I devised and implemented comprehensive marketing plan for every region comprising of advertising campaigns, sales promotion, incentive programs and PR activities.
  • I oversaw recruitment, managed teams internally, trained teams in sales, products & software at both dealer establishments and through regional workshops.
