• Identifying target campuses, hiring graduates from Universities, Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges
• Executing full life cycle of campus recruitment
• Regular connect with stakeholders on setting expectation

• Closely working with the global marketing team on branding activities, social media presence
• Hands on experience in organizing Off-Campus and Pool campus drive
• Managed end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through ATS tools
• Hands on experience in using HR tools like Taleo, Swiftcode, Hackerank, MailChimp
• Manage the pre-onboarding process for campus hiring
