About

 Building up the network (social like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)  Conducting/Participating in the weekend drives, coordinating with the technical panel, looking after for the smooth flow of the interviews.  Get in touch with the shortlisted resources, collecting the required documents and doing a basic verification to avoid discrepancies.  Salary Negotiation.  Working closely with the hiring managers and mapping the selected resources against the business requisition.  Working closely with the offer team in order to roll out the offers to the resources without any delays.  Post offer- Follow ups with the offered resources understanding their study state of mindset and bringing it to on board  Stakeholder management.  Initiate the BGV and work with the candidates on completion of the activity  Coordinators will follow-up with the candidate to complete the BGV forms  Coordinating the Weekday and Weekend Drives (based on the volume and no of interviews scheduled by Recruiters).  Tracking the requirements from the portal and partnering with the respective business to understand the requirement.  Working on Employee referrals and bringing them to closure within SLA, Identifying the interested talent and understanding their areas of interest (career & personal).  Responsible for managing End to End recruitment process starting from gathering the requirement from hiring manager to tracking them till on-boarding  Involved in collecting HR Surveys from employee
