  • As EIR / Business Head, I owned the end-to-end business lifecycle, including strategy, execution, and monetization, with full responsibility for the lead-to-conversion funnel, partnerships, and revenue models through first-principles thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Built recurring revenues at an ARR run-rate of ~₹50 lakh per month, mobilized few crores in donations for Gaushala operations, and raised VC/PE funding to scale sustainable, natural, and biodegradable products derived from cow dung.
  • Led land acquisition and greenfield farm development across Kerala, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, and personally drove the acquisition of 400+ indigenous cows (Gir, Kankrej, Punganoor, Red Sindhi, Sahiwal), working directly with farmers and breeders nationwide.
