Recruitment has always been more than just filling positions for me it is about connecting people with opportunities where they can truly grow and succeed. My journey in talent acquisition began with a strong interest in understanding people their skills, motivations, and career aspirations. Over time, I have gained hands-on experience across both IT and Non-IT recruitment, managing the complete hiring lifecycle. This includes understanding business requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. At Techsophy, I managed the end-to-end recruitment process and worked closely with hiring managers and HR partners to refine job descriptions, streamline selection processes, and enhance the overall candidate experience through clear communication and transparency. Each successful hire represented a shared achievement for the organization, the candidate, and myself. During my time at KKR Consultancy, I expanded my expertise in the non-IT recruitment space, strengthening my sourcing capabilities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster. I also gained experience managing vendor coordination and handling C2C placements (W2, 1099, and C2C) while ensuring compliance and accuracy in the hiring process. What motivates me most is the impact recruitment creates helping organizations build stronger teams while guiding individuals toward meaningful career opportunities.
