In the past decade, I have had immense learnings (failures) & massive wins through the unconventional decisions I took. Whether moving to NITK in the South to chase excellent education or choosing IIM Calcutta over HEC Paris admit to build for Bharat. Post my MBA & before joining my full-time tier-1 consulting role, an internship with MPL turned into a full-time offer. With MPL, I have had the opportunity to work directly with CEO & leadership for Org-wide strategic projects, GTMs, product & setting up 0-1 processes. I have also led a $20 Mn Series A fundraising from tier-1 VCs with Mayhem Studio's CEO - a sister company in MPL group. More recenetly, I have spent last 2 years understanding Fintech & Insuretech space. I have had pleasure to build out 2 business ground up with 1 scaling to 100CR AGWP while handling business unit of 75+ people. I learnt what it takes to build out lending & wealth products while speaking to several companies in the space. Apart from work, I love to read about Tech-led Indian Startups, VC space & zoom-in Products, Strategy & growth. I appreciate works of Jim Collins, Nasim Taleb & Malcolm gladwell. Off-work:I scaled Mt Everest Base Camp in a snowstorm & realized my superpowers- resilient, focused & highly adaptable. I am up for Computer games(Dota 2 & CS: GO) & Basketball.
