Since 2013 ,He has mentored/guided/trained/advised/invested more than 5000+ entrepreneurs and has been associated with over 250 idea-ventures/brands during his journey at LEMON through contribution at Lemon Ideas, Lemon School of Entrepreneurship, Innopreneurs startup contest and Lemon Gurukul. DM is regular speaker and is featured in various national media platforms on Entrepreneurship, Start-ups, Employability and Education. His avid love for experimentation and taking offbeat paths filled with ‘crazy’ ideas has been a visible colour in his self –made professional journey. He follows his heart and has taken “not so lucrative” unconventional paths at various junctures in his journey. He is a proud PhD walkout from the factory model system. Deepak is keenly interested in transforming youth by inculcating Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Values. His current study and research through experimentation includes innovations in learning pedagogy around LBD (learning by doing) and LTR (Learning through reflections). He is actively contributing for innovations and change in education through Indian Multiversities alliance ( www.multiversities.net) as well as global Ecoversities network. He actively participated in two major public movements in India on Anti- Reservations in 1991-92 and Anti- Corruption in 2011-12. He is a regular blood donor with more than 30 donations. He loves Adventures, Driving, Music and Philanthropy. He has a lovely family with wife and two sons.
