I’m a Social Creative Strategist at Microsoft focused on one thing: helping technical audiences learn through short-form content and campaigns. Most recently, I built and scaled CREATE, Microsoft’s AI skilling creator program that trains employees to produce LinkedIn-first creator content at scale. We integrated internal tools like LinkedIn Agent and Editorial Agent to help creators plan their day, strengthen their ideas faster, and publish consistently, turning skilling into a repeatable creator system rather than one-off training. I manage a 1.5M-follower social presence, align across cross-functional marketing and product teams, and collaborate with 10–15 creators and agencies to produce 30–40 short-form assets per platform per month, designed to drive engagement and measurable learning outcomes. I also own creative strategy and coverage frameworks for Microsoft’s biggest tentpole moments including Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Build, and GitHub Universe, enabling high-velocity publishing and delivering 100+ assets per event. Most recently, I owned end-to-end creative direction for Microsoft Ignite, delivering integrated paid + organic storytelling that generated 100M+ impressions + 3.5% engagement and scaled post-event performance creative tied to global business priorities. Across every project, I operate at the intersection of storytelling, skilling, and performance, building systems that scale output without losing authenticity.
