Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts on leadership and innovation. Named by Thinkers50 as a top ten global management thinker in 2013, 2021, and 2025, she received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was also named an Innovation Luminary by Front End of Innovation.
