Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative. She is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts on leadership and innovation. Named by Thinkers50 as a top ten global management thinker in 2013, 2021, and 2025, she received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was also named an Innovation Luminary by Front End of Innovation. Hill is the coauthor of Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation (March 2026), which introduces three essential roles for leading innovation across organizations and ecosystems: architect, bridger, and catalyst. The book was shortlisted for the 2025 Thinkers50 Innovation Award. She is also the coauthor of the award-winning books Collective Genius and Being the Boss. Her TED talk on leading collective creativity has garnered more than three million views. She co-founded Paradox Strategies and InnovationForce, an AI-driven innovation platform. Hill advises leading global organizations, including Google, Microsoft, NASA, Novartis, Salesforce, and the Federal Reserve, and serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards.
