As Founder and CEO of GladMinds, I’m building an AI-powered Service OS that redefines how customer-focused enterprises manage equipment service, uptime, and lifecycle value. In heavy industries, downtime isn’t just a technical setback — it’s a financial loss. GladMinds connects OEMs, dealers, technicians, and customers on a single intelligent platform that delivers predictive insights, real-time visibility, and measurable ROI. Our mission is clear: to turn every hour of downtime into an opportunity for data-driven performance and growth. Before founding GladMinds, I spent over three decades driving transformation across manufacturing, construction, automotive, renewable energy, and digital platforms — building and scaling systems that combine technology, process, and people. At Mercedes-Benz, I advanced from CIO to COO, leading digital transformation across parts, quality, and dealer operations. My focus on process efficiency, integration, and performance analytics laid the foundation for enterprise-scale digitization in automotive operations. At Larsen & Toubro, I worked on some of India’s largest infrastructure projects — from tunnels to mining supply chains — gaining first-hand insight into the real economics of equipment uptime, lifecycle value, and service profitability. Over the years, I have also championed renewable energy solutions, developing solar-powered water stations, biogas systems, and small wind turbines — integrating sustainability with engineering long before it became mainstream. An IIT Kanpur alumnus and former national-level swimmer, I blend an engineer’s precision with an athlete’s discipline. My early IIT projects — from a solar cooker for rural communities to a pedal car and integrated battery systems — reflected my enduring belief in solving real-world problems through technology. Beyond business, I actively contributed to the IIT ecosystem as President of the IIT Kanpur Alumni Association, General Secretary of PAN IIT, and President of IIT Startups, helping bridge innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs. At GladMinds, we believe the future of industry will be built by leaders who combine deep engineering expertise with AI-driven intelligence.
