When I was in high school, I started thinking about which career path to choose. During that period, I came across my keen interest in dancing and decided to become a dancer and choreographer. Struggling and scratching myself during practices made me realized my potentials. I have been a district level Football and basketball player and have been the best athlete of the year. Achieved national-level certificates in dance - contemporary, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Freestyle. I have also worked with Zenith Dance troupe where I have worked as a Full-timer senior choreographer. Now I was ready to take another step in my life, got admission to Delhi University. During my college life, I came into the real world where I realized that my real interest in commerce lies in the marketing area. Believe me, I am not s person who will sit in one place and do a 12-hours job of handling accounts. What I am actually looking for is job satisfaction where I can really enjoy my work and not just for earning money. I was also the (student council) President of BA program society - Kasak at Mata Sundri college for women. I worked as a Business Development Manager at ProdX which is a UI & UX designing, App, and Web development company. I have hands on experience in affiliate marketing company - 3.14 Digital where I was a Business Development Specialist and generated a total revenue of INR 2.5cr. Worked with India's first chat based hiring platform - Hirect India. I joined Hirect in November 2021 where I was asked to setup an online outbound sales team and I initially started with the LinkedIn outreach where we were identifying startups, companies, and recruiters working in the hiring domain and helping when initially with their recruitment process through India's first chat based hiring platform - HIRECT. I started my journey with a team of 6 interns and now there are more than 70 executives working with in the process. Currently, I am working with Times Internet Group on their startup TECHGIG.
