I’m Tarun Agarwala - Founder of Empanetics Research Labs, Visiting Professor of Game Theory, and a passionate builder of trust-first leadership cultures. Over two decades of studying human behavior, emotional resilience, rational-empathy, and leadership dynamics, one truth became clear to me: Technical excellence is critical - but trust determines whether teams thrive or fail.
