  • Operations wise we are trying to set up processes to reduce delivery times, successfully forecast inventory and make our production more streamlined.
  • Since this is an industry where the majority of work is done through a lot of under the table dealings ,we are trying to make sure that we set up an operations team which believes in ethical, efficient and effective business practices.
  • To do so we are identifying major vendors(For raw materials like P.U.F/Steel, transport etc), building storage and inventory checkpoints, trying to forecast inventory and ready product requirements on the basis of the number of queries coming in to the actual conversions, streamlining manufacturing abilities and making sure that the customers need are completely met with.
