At BharatPe, I ensured retention of key talent during a time of restructuring and senior leadership changes through proven HR practices of employee engagement and effective communication. While with FMCG business division of RPSG group, I revitalised the work culture by creating the HR IT roadmap, digitising HR systems (hire to retire), and leveraging HR analytics. While working with the Bharti-Walmart joint venture and subsequent heading HR Shared Service and HR IT at Bharti Retail (among the largest retail businesses in India), I achieved transformational change through HR process re-engineering and technology initiatives. In the early years of my career, between 2004 and 2009, I led service delivery, training (soft and functional skills), coaching and employee relations programs, focusing on improving organisational capabilities.
