  • We validated Cytecs initial estimate of a total market size. Interviewed farmers, traders, commodities giants in 20+ EU countries to understand incumbent storage systems and their potential to spend on a newer technology.
  • We recommended Cytec to acquire a competitor working with similar technology and had 10% of the market in EU as a faster go-to-market strategy. Our research concluded that EU regulations had a 5 year wait in procuring licenses.
