From a classroom in Raipur to leading digital-first growth for consumer brands, my journey has been shaped by belief, clarity, and consistency. I grew up in a small town where one teacher’s faith in me changed how I saw myself. That early shift in mindset sparked a drive for learning and growth. I began my career in banking and advisory, driven by a love for data and structure. But I soon realized I was more drawn to execution than observation. I didn’t just want to study how businesses grow—I wanted to be part of building them. That clarity led me to the world of D2C. At Mamaearth, I began as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founder to translate high-level strategy into daily execution. Over the years, I’ve grown into a D2C leadership role, working across multiple brands in the portfolio.
