About

I’ve facilitated for more than one hundred thousand people around the world…what a journey it’s been! MY STORY: In 1982: I was a shy, introverted child. A learning disability kept me struggling at school. In 2019: I travelled to Dallas, Singapore and Shanghai to train senior leaders from every continent. In 1982: I wanted an office job like Dad. In 2019: I travelled 17 hours to a power plant in Jharkhand to facilitate leadership sessions. WHO AM I: I'm a dreamer, a doer, and a creatively inclined procrastinator. I want to look back at my life's journey and say, "Yes, I added value, and Yes, I did my best and Yes, I enjoyed the ride." I am a Learning and Development professional, certified as CPLP - ‘Certified Professional in Learning and Performance’ from ATD (2012-15). In over two decades, I have managed departments, teams, and consulted for all levels (freshers to top management). I enjoy coaching, and I facilitate sessions where people build habits to take back to work. I am loving the rollercoaster ride of writing my second book. With more to come...
