I am an Associate Manager for Digital Game Monetization Development at PlayStation, where I play a strategic role in shaping the ongoing evolution of the PlayStation Store. I work across Digital Games to optimise how the store operates - from developing and improving store capabilities, to refining ways of working that support scale, efficiency, and long-term growth. My focus is on innovation and platform development: identifying opportunities to enhance player experience, improving discoverability and commercial performance, and delivering data-informed solutions that support global teams and partners. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive initiatives that balance creativity, advanced technology, and commercial impact across the digital ecosystem. Alongside my role, I am incredibly passionate about making a positive impact. I sit on the Women at PlayStation Global SteerCo, leading the E-commerce and Outreach pillar to help drive inclusion and representation. Additionally, I am chairing the ‘Sony Heroes’ 2025 team taking part in The King’s Trust Million Makers Challenge, with a goal of raising over £125,000 for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. With over six years’ experience across gaming and technology, I’ve worked across Monetization and Development at PlayStation, including global Free-to-Play and Live Service strategies, and previously held roles at Microsoft/Xbox, across PC Gaming, Subscriptions and Marketing.
