I am part of the core team at Accops, where I have played a key role across customer success, presales, and sales, supported by strong hands-on expertise in security, networking, infrastructure, VDI, and ZTNA. Over the years, my work has been centered on translating complex technical challenges into reliable, secure, and scalable customer outcomes. I work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure solutions are not just technically sound, but adopted, trusted, and sustained over time. A core strength of mine is building from scratch. I have consistently worked in environments where structures, processes, and customer trust needed to be established early — shaping customer success functions, presales frameworks, and regional sales foundations from the ground up, and scaling them into stable, dependable operations. Currently, I am focused on building and scaling Accops’ Middle East and Africa business, helping establish a strong and secure market presence with a solid and growing customer base. My role spans solution design, technical validation, stakeholder engagement, and long-term customer success — with an emphasis on credibility, continuity, and trust. Beyond work, I am a hardcore traveller with a deep interest in wildlife, nature, conservation, and photography. Time spent on the road and in natural ecosystems keeps me grounded and curious, and strongly influences how I think about resilience, balance, and long-term sustainability. At heart, I value building things that last — systems, customer relationships, and trust.
