When I was trainer, I used to end my training sessions with either an anecdote or a story and I did the same in one of my customer experience training. Once of the participants came to me after listening to the story and told me, that today was a tough day for him, how ever after listening to your story I feel I should look at the positive side and motivate myself to do better. Those words still ring in my head and from then on nothing excites me more than knowing that I have made a difference in some one’s life. In my 15 years of work I realised that People Management and Training are the two things which has helped me achieve that on day to day basis. I am fortunate to have been part of organisations which constantly let you grow and help you make an impact in day to day life of the organisation, employees and customers.
