I’ve spent the last decade helping businesses grow — across gaming, tech, e-commerce, and aviation — by combining strategy, analytics, partnerships, and a deep focus on customer experience. At Gameberry Labs, I lead the Founder's Office, driving initiatives that shape how our games scale and engage millions of players. From designing better monetization and live ops systems to improving player retention and building cross-functional capabilities — my goal is to turn creative ideas into sustainable growth engines. Earlier, I was responsible for the Subscriptions Business for Apple India, working closely with app developers and ecosystem partners to strengthen monetization & retention models and unlock new growth levers. Earlier in my journey at Myntra, IndiGo, and BCG, I had the chance to build, experiment, and learn what it takes to make large-scale transformations actually work — from product & business strategy, partnerships to data-driven decision making.
