  • ⚡️The project had a goal to improve & personalize the customer experience at scale. That meant creating a data architecture containing all own, paid, and earned data linked to the CRM.
  • ➤ Built out, with my team, the marketing tech stack from nothing to a full modern stack (CDP, ESP, …). I led a POC for 3 months where we created front + back-end environments & tested scenarios from end to end.
  • ➤ Worked with a web architect, a data analyst, and internal stakeholders to define a strategy to integrate the legacy tech with the new martech stack (CDP, Data warehouse, …).
  • ➤ Built out the consent management process, GDPR proof, with the help of a data analyst and our data privacy officer.
  • ➤ Redesigned the marketing automation flows to empower the sales team. Built out a new leads scoring system to replace a manual process with a semi-automatic one.
